The hotel was very clean and comfortable, although the dining experience could be improved. The staff were extremely good and helpful, making the stay pleasant. The location was perfect for our needs, close to town center and the seafront. The facilities were well-kept, providing a nice overall experience.

The hotel's location is wonderful, close to the beach and town center. The staff is friendly and accommodating, although the service at the bar lacked some training. The hotel is situated in a convenient location close to various shops and within a mile walk of Aberyswyth. The rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable. The service provided by the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The dining options are decent, with room for improvement in the breakfast selection. Overall, a great value for money stay with some minor room noise issues.

I initially had a noise issue with an outside fan in my room, but the staff promptly moved me to an interconnecting room, which was both clean and comfortable. However, it was a bit cold at night.
